Refund and Returns Policy

At Coversome™ , we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help within the terms outlined below.


🛍️ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • There was a manufacturing fault


Items NOT Eligible for Return:

Due to hygiene and customization, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used bed covers or mats

  • Custom-sized or custom-colored orders

  • Items returned after 7 days of receipt

  • Items not in original, unused condition


🔄 Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [coversomesa@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photo(s) of the item, and reason for return.

  3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.


💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

  • No cash refunds for EFT or card purchases.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality control, but if your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Faulty

  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.


❗ Custom Orders & Special Requests

Custom sizes or colors are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Please double-check your measurements and order details before confirming.
