1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay in your shipment.Â
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively within South Africa. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â

Nationwide Standard Delivery:
- Orders R1 000 and above: FREE
- Orders under R1 000: Flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days once dispatched.Â

Local Pickup (Randburg):
- Cost: FREE
- Process: Available by appointment only. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to schedule a collection time once your order is ready.Â
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress until it reaches your doorstep.
4. Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can file a claim with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have to receive it, please contact the courier directly to locate the package. Coversome is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
